Essential Oils for Beautiful Skin

There are a variety of essential oils available for different skin types and their conditions. Oils can be applied in the morning and evening
Normal skin: A healthy normal skin is neither too dry nor too oily; it is smoothCleansing – with face wash or cleansing milk containing 1 to 2 drops of rose or chamomile Face oil – It is applied on the clean skin, 2-4 drops of rose, patchouli, sage or germanium in jojoba or wheat germ oil. This should be gently massaged with fingertips, left for 15-30 minutes, then washedFace mask – Twice a week of fresh apricot pulp
Dry skin: This is a fine type of skin and has a tendency to develop lines quicklyCleansing – with rose waterFace oil – 2 to 3 drops of sandalwood, germanium in 1tsp wheat germ oil. For mature skin, patchouli with jojoba is useful. Apply with fingertips, gentle massage and wash after 15 minutesFace mask – Use herbal mask once a week like cucumber paste.
Oily skin: It is shiny and many times with acne, blackheads or white heads.Cleansing – with face wash or cleansing milk with camphorFace oil – Use antiseptic essential oils. Essential oils are non-greasy oils; they help in re-balancing the condition.
Oily and acne skin: Cleansing is important, face wash 3-4 times every day. Avoid using makeup. After each wash pet dry with tissue (avoid force as it spreads infection).Face oil – 2 to 3 drops of lemon, juniper, lavender or tea tree oil in soya veg oilFace mask – 2 to 3 drops of above-mentioned oils in phuller’s clay mix with water and apply twice a week.Toning – In spray bottle , fill rose water and put 2 drops of lemon or niaouli (shake well) spray on face twice a day.Acne – Tea tree oil can be applied on the tip of the spot; do not use it all over the face. Do not squeeze / touch the acne.
A good diet, sleep, aerobic exercise and a well-hydrated body is the key to good glowing skin
